Return Policy

Our Commitment

At LitterLush Kittens, we want every adoption to be a perfect match. We understand that sometimes, despite everyone's best intentions, things don't work out. We're committed to the welfare of our kittens and the satisfaction of our families.

14-Day Return Period

If within 14 days of receiving your kitten you find that the placement isn't working for your household, you may return the kitten under the following conditions:

• The kitten must be returned in good health
• All provided documentation must be returned
• You must contact us before the 14-day period expires
• The kitten must not have been bred or declawed

Upon return, you will receive a full refund minus the original deposit (which covers our administrative and care costs).

Health Guarantee

Our health guarantee is separate from the return policy. If your kitten develops a congenital health issue within the first year:

• We cover veterinary costs up to the purchase price of the kitten
• Or, if the condition is severe, we offer a replacement kitten of equal value
• Veterinary documentation is required for all claims

Note: The health guarantee does not cover conditions caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The reservation deposit (€500) is non-refundable once paid, except in the following cases:

• We are unable to provide the reserved kitten due to health issues
• There are no suitable kittens available within 6 months of your original reservation

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the kitten has been dispatched. If a kitten is returned, the adopter is responsible for return shipping costs.

Lifetime Rehoming Assistance

Beyond the 14-day period, if you can no longer care for your kitten at any point in their life, please contact us. We will assist in finding a suitable new home or take the cat back ourselves. We never want our kittens to end up in shelters.
